This line is to be used on a day-to-day basis as a one-month course of treatment before the first cold days or throughout the Winter period.

  • 4 level spoons of powder per day (measuring spoon provided), in the morning, to mix with a little honey, a compote or a muesli. 1 month supplementation period, to be renewed if necessary.
