1 to 2 sprays up to 4 times a day in each nostril after blowing your nose.

To be used for a maximum of 8 consecutive days.

From 3 years. Do not use in people allergic to bee products.

Keep out of the reach of young children.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Use within 30 days of opening.

Store away from heat and humidity.
