Deliveries and returns

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, country, the total weight of your order and the number of packages. In order to find the delivery fees applicable to your order, just confirm your shopping cart and choose the transporter and form of delivery you wish to use based on the rates offered.

Free delivery for purchases over €59

For all orders over €59, we offer free delivery. No code is necessary when confirming your shopping cart; the delivery fees are automatically deducted from your order. Valid for deliveries in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco, Colissimo home delivery without signature, post office pickup and collection point pickup.

Transport of your package and rates

From receipt of payment for the order, packages are prepared and shipped in 24 to 48 hours by our logistics service. The standard shipping method is Colissimo Suivi, without signature. The standard periods after handing over to the transporter are generally 2 to 5 business days. Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you a link as soon as possible to allow you to monitor the transport of your package online.

Orders placed on Friday and at the weekend are processed from Monday.
The shipping fees include preparation, packaging and delivery fees. We advise you to group your purchases in a single order in order to benefit from the shipping fees offered. We cannot group two different orders and you must pay the delivery fees for each one if necessary.

DELIVERY problems

It is stated that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. APIMAB LABORATOIRES is responsible for the goods until delivery of the order at the client’s location. The client is reminded that they have a period lasting until the noon on the day after delivery inform us of damage to the goods received. In case of damage noted in the presence of the transporter, it will be indicated on the delivery note with the date and signature.
