100 % dry polyfloral pollen.

1 to 2 teaspoons of pollen per day (4 to 8 g), preferably in the morning, to consume alone or mixed with a little honey.

It can also be mixed with fruit juice, dessert or sprinkled on a salad to vary the pleasures.

Supplementation period of 22 to 45 days, to be renewed if necessary.

Not recommended for people allergic to bee products.

Store in a dry place away from heat and light.
