All you have to do is to keep one of these small bars in the mouth and very quickly the characteristic flavour and effervescence become apparent.

Keep the bar in the mouth wedged between the cheek and the gum line, or simply on the tongue to heat it.

Chew it gently: the propolis mixes with the saliva to diffuse in the mouth. Keep in the mouth for about 15 minutes or until it disintegrates in the mouth according to your needs.

Not recommended for people allergic to bee products, pregnant women and children under 3 years old.

Does not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
