Succumb to the subtlety and sweetness of organic rhododendron honey: A rare and fine nectar, carefully harvested in the heart of the Haute Ariège mountains (Pic du Canrusc, Pyrenees, France). Produced in an untouched natural environment, this high-altitude honey is a true treasure for lovers of delicate, authentic flavors.

A fine, gourmet flavour

Organic Rhododendron honey is cherished for its subtle, light taste. Soft floral notes blend harmoniously with a delicate hint of butter biscuit, evoking nostalgic flavors of the past. Neither too sweet nor too intense, it’s perfect for the whole family, even those with the most sensitive palates.

A liquid texture with fine crystallization

Freshly extracted, this honey is liquid and clear, boasting a beautiful amber hue. Over time, it transforms into a finely crystallised form, becoming almost white with a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Responsible, traditional harvesting

Harvested in the pristine landscapes of the Pyrenees, this honey is the result of organic beekeeping that prioritises bee welfare. Our partner beekeepers are committed to preserving local biodiversity and ensuring a pure, unheated, and unprocessed honey—retaining all its natural nutritional and taste qualities.
