Areas delivered and delivery fees

We apply the price list of our various carriers such as delivery cost to provide you with the best rates. Shipping fees are based on the distance, the country and the total weight of your order.
 
To know the delivery charges applied to your order simply confirm your basket and have a look at the carrier and shipping method you prefer, according to the offered rates.
 

 Shipping fees

Shipping costs depend on the selected carrier:

 

For So Colissimo

For delivery in FRANCE Metropolitan, the shipping fee is offered from €75 of purchase.
For orders of an amount below € 75 the fee is calculated based on the weight of your order and standard pricing of So Collissimo.


For delivery outside FRANCE Metropolitan, the shipping fees are calculated on the standard shipment pricing of So Colissimo International and sent by So Colissimo.

 

For “Ici Relais” (EXAPAQ)

For delivery in France (excluding Corsica) to retail units, you can benefit from free shipment from € 75 of purchase.
For order under €75, the shipping fees are calculated on the standard shipment pricing of Ici Relais and are dependent on the weight of your order.

 

 Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the chosen mode of transport selected in your basket. It is usually 48 hours, regardless of the order preparation time.
Usually, orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed from Monday onwards.

 

 Track your order

To monitor your order you will receive automatic emails at each order stage (order confirmation, order shipment).


Thereafter, the selected carrier will email you a tracking number upon receipt of the packet.
You will be able to check the carrier site to track the progress of your packet.

 

 Delivery services

To guarantee a professional delivery we work with So Colissimo for delivery at home or to a relay shop with a delivery of the parcel without signature. We also work with Exapaq offering delivery in a relay shop with delivery of the parcel with signature.


For home delivery by So Colissimo, if you are absent on the delivery date and the parcel is too big, the driver will leave a note in your mailbox to withdraw your parcel at your post office within 15 days.
